Alia is a very talented, innovative and extremely knowledgeable dance educator. Her years of training and education are evident and her passion for dance education is second to none. I had the privilege to attend her dance teacher workshop this past summer which was AMAZING! I would highly recommend it to those dance instructors who are just starting out and those who have been teaching for years. She provided a lot of valuable information, useful tools and feedback and inspired me as a studio owner and teacher to freshen things up in my own studio and classroom and apply what we learned from her for my students. If you are looking for some professional development for either yourself or your teachers, I would definitely check out one of Alia’s dance teacher workshops and see for yourself how you can continue to learn and grow and be an incredible dance educator.
Thank you so much Alia for providing a positive and educational space for our dance community. We are so grateful for you and your passion and expertise.

Dance Studio Owner
Miss Alia has been an invaluable mentor throughout my dance career. In my years as her student, my dance technique, artistry, and understanding of safe dance practices grew in leaps and bounds. Since I graduated from high school, Alia has graciously guided me through the transition from dancer to teacher. She is passionate and knowledgeable about dance education, and her willingness to share her expertise has impacted me in more ways than one. I am a stronger teacher and adult thanks to Alia’s role in my life.

Emerging Teacher
Miss. Alia is what I would consider to be a masterful teacher. Dance is her whole life and passion and she is constantly taking courses to better herself as a teacher and choreographer. She has all of her ADAPT tap and jazz certifications, along with Acrobatic Arts and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) certifications. She is constantly adjudicating where she is able to take in new information and inspiration to bring home to our studio. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, a Bachelor in Kinesiology, and a Masters in Dance Science and has brought so much knowledge and value to our studio. She is constantly teaching us about healthy ways to take care of our bodies and minds and is a very positive influence. Not to mention, she always has an extremely positive attitude and is always making us laugh. I have never once seen her upset or angry at our group. She is always going above and beyond for the studio, working long hours, staying late after practice, taking professional-level photographs of dancers for free etc. Even when I’m tired and don’t want to be dancing, I can never be mad when Miss. Alia is teaching. Not to mention, her choreography is incredible and has earned her far too many choreography awards to count at various competitions. She is loved by all and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Miss. Alia. I am really going to miss her next year when I graduate.
